May 31st 2014, Heaven gained another amazing soul, Wade Sundsbak. Wade was a board member of Pheasants for the Future for 31 years. In his time with the club, he helped create and develop the chick program, which has been very successful to this day. Wade has been an inspiration for so many people over the years, for all his hard work and dedication to the club. On behalf of PFTF, Thank you so very much Wade!! Below is a quote from Wade in a 2004 pheasant hunting article in the Bismarck Tribune.
The pheasant forecast comes as no surprise to Wade Sundsbak, an avid hunter from Minot. And he said hunting is not just about filling a limit anyway.
"If you truly love to hunt and spend quality time with your family, friends, and of course, man's best friend, then there is never a bad day in the field," he said. "Some days may be better than others, but they're all a treasure in your memory."
Thank you Wade for the many wonderful memories.
